I had an excellent experience at Ascent Therapy Clinic. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and welcoming. The physical therapists at Ascent are genuinely concerned and invested in their patients progress and recovery. Megan went above and beyond to assist me in my recovery after sustaining several injuries— a sprained MCL and bony contusion in the right knee and a Jones fracture in the left foot. After 6 months of physical therapy, which included strengthening and balancing exercises, cupping, and dry needling, I am happy to report that I am now able to hike, ski, and just generally live my life without pain or hindrance. Highly recommend this practice!

I had a extensive back surgery in the springe. I have been seeing Annaleise since my recovery and the results were very good. I would recommend this clinic for any help you my need.

I've been a patient here since August 2023. I'm still being seen for two different injuries and being treated by Annaleise who is excellent doctor, providing me with cupping treatment and theragun, along with PT exercises to do here and at home. I also see Lucas, who gives a more hands-on treatment with stretching my hip & neck to improve my range have motion. He has me use the hip sled and ride the bike.Everyone is very friendly and welcomes me by my name at each visit. I've had my appointments in my calendar wrong a couple of times and been an hour late and they've been able to accommodate me. I would highly recommend Ascent PT For any of your physical therapy needs as they have all of the equipment necessary to treat any injuries or post-surgery treatments, along with the TLC they offer each patient.

I’ve had a foot injury thats been giving me grief for the last 2 years, 1 session with Jeff and I felt a piece of my joy back. I’m very grateful my friend Tina introduced me to her guy! I highly recommend coming here to get some sessions done to recalibrate yourself. 😊

After a complete knee replacement, Annaliese has taken me to a new level. I spent 50 years with a shredded ACL due to surgery not being available when I was 14. Annaliese is empathetic, highly trained and very kind. She knows how to push me the right amount. My progress after 4 months has way exceeded my expectations. I can do things I couldn’t do as a young adult. Ascent PT’s are all PhD’s. I’ve watched the entire team with their own clients. They are all more than competent. I also had Megan when Annaliese was out and she was also terrific.

Megan and the team at Ascent were great helping me stay on track to confidently get back to normal activities. I was able to get back to golf and snowboarding 6 months after rupturing my Achilles.

I had a total shoulder replacement in Nov '22. While working with another therapy clinic, I was feeling discouraged by the lack of progress in regaining my range of motion. At my 3 month follow-up appointment with the surgeon, he was concerned enough with my lack of progress that he recommended a manual manipulation of my shoulder while under anesthesia in order to break up scar tissue. The procedure comes with fairly significant risk and isn't necessarily a fix all. It was during this appt while examining my elbow/wrist that something occurred that caused significant nerve pain. The nerve pain was the worst pain I've ever felt! Comparatively, the shoulder replacement was a walk in the park! My husband and I had previously experienced positive results with dry needling. Going to Ascent for the dry needling and PT on my shoulder has literally given me back my life! After waking up with a cold the morning of the scheduled procedure, we decided with Jeff and Will's guidance to see what we could do with PT and forego the manipulation. Fast forward... after feeling like I wouldn't be able to do the activities I love again without pain, I am back to an active lifestyle hiking and biking while essentially pain-free!!! I worked with Jeff and Will primarily, but also had a session with Tess. All of them are extraordinary, and I don't believe that Jeff (the owner) would hire anyone that isn't top-notch. Lauren and Arby at the front desk were also extremely helpful and kind to work with. We're of the age and lifestyle that we'll likely need PT at some point moving forward and feel so very fortunate to have Ascent Therapy in our neighborhood!!!

Dr Annalise is an amazing physical therapist. She treated me for shoulder and neck pain with dry needling, strength training and massage. I highly recommend Ascent and Annaleise!
